If you see a good many "eggs" on my tree it is because my Mom used to make each of us (my siblings) two each for each year as our gift from her. My tree is full now...and I am beginning to pass them on to my two kids so they can enjoy them now. Each year I let them take one of their choosing from my tree to place on their own tree. Who knows? They may get them all before I go to the "great beyond"....but that will be okay as I would like to know that they have enjoyed them. What handmade item has been handed down from YOUR family through the years? It would be neat to have a thread here that shows many generations of "hand me downs"....so to speak. Let me hear from you.
